Each user of the Nucleonica online portal grants its consent and authorization for the usage of data in connection with the operation of the Nucleonica online portal.
What type of data is collected by Nucleonica?
The Nucleonica online portal provides its users with the possibility to use nuclear scientific applications to generate scientific information. Depending on the specific usage of the portal and the applications, certain data will be collected during the registration process and usage of the portal as described in more detail below.
Collection of data during registration
During the registration and creation of a user account for the Nucleonica online portal certain data will be requested and collected from the customer for sake of performance of the underlying contract and invoicing purposes. The data collected consists of name and contact information. My Profile: Any other information that you choose to add to your public-facing profile such as name, photo, etc. will be available for viewing to registered users of the Nucleonica Platform. Users can edit their profile and user settings (My Settings) at any time. Please note that an anonymous registration by using a pseudonym is not permitted.

In general, Nucleonica will not disclose customer related data, save for as required by law or regulation or if requested from the customer side as described below. Nucleonica may use internal and third party analytics tools, including Google Analytics. The third party analytics companies we work with may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other websites and/or other online products and services. Their collection and use of information is subject to their own privacy policies. No personal data (name, email address, etc.) is provided to such third party tool providers. If the registration of the user is made in connection with an organisation or company with which the user is employed and if the user fee is expensed by the organization or company, such organization or company may request that a statistical analysis for the user accounts registered in connection with it is stored and provided. Such procedure serves in particular for the evaluation of profitability of the membership to the portal. If such analysis is stored, the usage of the portal as described above can be monitored, in particular the frequency and time of usage and type of application used by a certain user account.
How long is my user data stored?
User data generated during registration and usage of the Nucleonica applications are stored for the duration of the contract. The data stored does not contain results of calculations but only general statistical data on the number, frequency, and date on the applications used.
Upon request of a user, Nucleonica will provide such user with a list of data stored and related to the user. Such list can also be provided electronically.
Withdrawal of consent
The user can withdraw its consent and authorisation to the collection, storage and disclosure of data as described herein at any time per email to firstname.lastname@example.org or per post.

They allow us to remember users who are logged in, to understand how users navigate through and use the Nucleonica Platform, and to display personalized content.
