Presentation on Nucleonica at STAR Network of Excellence

STAR – STrategy for Allied Radioecology – is a recently launched Network of Excellence funded by the EC until the end of 2015. The STAR project will bring together experts in radioecology from all over Europe to develop the future directions of radioecology. This meeting was held on 17-20 May 2011 in Helsinki in the premises of the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK).
The Nucleonica team were invited to make a presentation on Implemeting Education and Training: Nuclear Knowledge and Data Disseminaiton with Nucleonica.
There are currently nine partners in the STAR project from eight European countries. The project coordinator is IRSN inh France. STUK, the Finnish partner is responsible for the workpackage dealing with strategic agenda, integration and infrastructures.
